What data we process

The data you enter in the contact form (name, phone, email, company, location and message) or send us by email or phone. The server also records technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested) for security and operation.

Why we process it

To answer your requests for information, site visits or quotes (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures) and to keep the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).

How long

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if they lead to a contract, for the period required by law. Technical logs are deleted periodically by the hosting provider.

Who receives it

Only authorised ISOLDEN staff and technical providers (hosting, email) appointed as data processors. Data is never sold or disclosed.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling or analytics cookies and loads no fonts, maps or scripts from external services. That is why there is no cookie banner. The Google Maps link opens Google’s website only if you click it.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing by emailing info@isolden.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
